At The Scooby Shop, we strive to provide the best pet products and customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days return and refund policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as pet food and treats
- Hygiene and personal care products (shampoos, conditioners, grooming tools, etc.)
- Opened supplements or medications
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email atthescoobyshop@gmail.com and ship your item to [Your Physical Address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
